We value our customers' satisfaction and strive to ensure a positive shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please don't hesitate to let us know. We offer the following options for resolving any issues:
Exchange: If the product you received is the wrong size, colour, or style, or if it is damaged, defective, or not as expected, you can request an exchange. Simply inform us of the change required within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please ensure that the merchandise is unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging and tags. The merchandise should be returned to us within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Refund: If you prefer not to exchange the product, we offer refunds in the form of a Credit Note. Please note that refunds are only provided for eligible cases, as per our return policy.
To initiate an exchange or discuss refund options, please contact our customer care team. Once we receive the returned merchandise, our team will carefully inspect it to determine if an exchange is necessary. The exchange will be facilitated based on our jurisdiction and available stock.

Follow these simple steps to return your purchase by mail:
1. On the invoice you receive, circle the item(s) that you’re returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return on your invoice.
2. Wait to receive a “Return Accepted” confirmation email from us.
3. Pack your return securely, in the original package, and include your completed invoice.
4. Courier the parcel back to us.
5. No returns on discounted merchandise

We will not accept the products:
• If it has been damaged by you
• If it’s altered as per the specs shared by you
• If it has been worn.


We do not offer merchandise exchanges or refunds on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if the merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at within 48 hours of receiving the order.
We do not accept any returns if the product is received by us after 7 days of receiving the shipment. So please make sure you report the matter to us and dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the return request. Kindly do not dispatch the products before receiving a “Return Accepted” confirmation email from us. Also, please do not return in the following cases:
• If it has been damaged by you
• If it’s altered as per the specs shared by you
• If it has been worn.
You should expect to receive your refund (In the form of a credit note only) within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


How many days does it take to ship a product?

Please Note: - Post Shipment, the courier takes somewhere around 7 working days (Domestic) and 14 working days (International) to deliver the item.

Shipping charges within India as well as internationally would depend on the address and weight of the parcel.

Do I have to pay the Customs Duty Charges?
Yes, Custom Duty Charges are to be borne by you since, 'Whenever an item crosses an international border from one country to another, it is subject to these charges by the importing country's rules and regulations'.

Can I order for COD (Cash on Delivery)?
No, we do not provide COD.

Is there an Express Delivery (Shipping Within 24-48 hrs)?

Oh no! Cancellations make us sad. However, to make it easy for you we allow early cancellations.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and if it hasn’t been dispatched already and amount can be given as a store credit only.
Email us at with the 9-digit Order number (e.g.: 1100040334) and Email address. Order Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of the order placement. Please share feedback/reasons why you want to cancel the order.
